In 1984, Ron Wyatt and his two sons, while exploring the possibility that Mount Sinai was not in the Sinai peninsula but in Saudi Arabia, north-east of the Red Sea, were erroneously thought to be an Israeli spy. After nearly two months of interrogation, Ron's younger son was unable to withstand such a long ordeal and was prepared to escape alone, forcing the three to discuss an extremely difficult but only thought-out flight plan (stunned guards, walking to the east bank of the Red Sea, using six accumulated garbage plastic bags, two each, inflated to the right and left, and moving unarmed to the opposite side of Egypt). But it was not expected that the plan would be implemented in time for the men who had always treated them, the guards named Ali, to be on duty. As a result, they decided, on an interim basis, to postpone the planned escape until the following week. But it is amazing that before that day came, they were suddenly announced by the prisoners that they would be released.
When Ron Wyatt recalled the matter, it was right to use the metaphor of the Lord's trial of sheep and goats to say that one of the bases of the trial of the people was how people faced the real need for "one of the smallest of my brothers" to determine who was a sheep and who was a goat.
